My name is Henry Moon. I work as a System Engineer at Aftra Retirement Fund. This is just a short section about my profession/work and hobbies.

Profession/Work

IT Administration

I've been kind of working as the jack of all trades in IT.

Helpdesk work

From unlocking accounts, access changes, onboarding/offboarding employees, telling users to restart their browser or PC, working with scanners/printers

System Administration

Updating workstations/servers, making sure backups are running smoothly. Managing AV, email, file transfers, job scheduling, and other applications. Provisioning new systems. Managing scanning jobs and content management system.

Network Administration

Making firewall and switch changes. Troubleshooting connectivity.

Web Administration

Not the content manager but if there's functionality/feature changes, or if something is broken, it'll go through me.

VoIP Administration

Making changes in the IVR, managing voice extensions, ensuring call center calls are being recorded
